Little Reef I

Little Reef is a trilogy that follows on from the large painting Reef. The colorful and magnificent underwater world beneath the inconspicuous, smooth water surface (represented in the paintings by the smooth epoxy resin coating) captivates me. The colorful, overwhelming variety of creatures merges with the deep blue of the water to create a true riot of color. I always found it very difficult to tear myself away from this painting when snorkeling.
