Monsoon III

In the summer of 2019, my path led me to Thailand - including the two islands of Ko Lanta and Ko Phi Phi. Due to the strong monsoon, which I experienced there at this time of year, there was a constant change in color intensity and brightness. I really wanted to bring this impressive (and sometimes eerie) spectacle to screen when I got back. In this way, three very different pictures were created in terms of color - sometimes the colorful long-tail boats (Ruea Hang Ya) shone in the glaring sunlight after a heavy rain shower, sometimes they were simply swallowed up by the overpowering gray clouds.
